Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans can change. Eutours provides a flexible and transparent cancellation policy to give you peace of mind.
1. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals (after the meeting time) are not eligible for refunds.
2. Cancellations by Eutours
If a tour or activity is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, attraction closure, or lack of availability), customers will be:

Offered a rescheduled date or

Granted a full refund.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original booking and may take up to 7–10 business days depending on the bank or provider.
4. Modifications
Date or time changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if third-party costs are involved.
