Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customer Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking on the EU Tours website or through any authorized sales channel, the
customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the Refund and Cancellation
Policy. The acceptance of these terms forms a binding agreement between the customer and EU
Tours. All bookings are considered final and confirmed once payment has been successfully
processed.

Non-Refundable Conditions

The following situations are considered non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrival resulting in the inability to join the activity.
  • Arrival at the wrong meeting point.
  • Failure to follow the instructions provided in the booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.
  • Personal circumstances including illness, travel delays, missed transportation, or schedule
    changes.

Service Considered Delivered

The service is considered fulfilled and delivered when EU Tours has made the activity available
at the scheduled meeting point and time, including staff present at the meeting location, entry
tickets or reservations secured, and operational readiness of the activity. If the customer fails to
attend or arrives late, the service remains validly provided and the payment remains

non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were available
at the meeting point, not canceled within the permitted timeframe, or missed due to customer
delay or absence constitutes a violation of the agreed booking terms. EU Tours reserves the
right to submit evidence including booking confirmation, voucher, proof of policy acceptance,
meeting instructions, and operational confirmation that the service was available.

Fraud Prevention

EU Tours actively monitors fraudulent refund requests and chargebacks. Where a dispute is
determined to be unjustified or fraudulent, EU Tours reserves the right to provide documentation
to the payment provider, report the case to relevant payment networks, and refuse future
bookings from the customer involved.

Important Notice

Customers are strongly advised to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled meeting
time to ensure participation in the activity. Failure to do so may result in the booking being
classified as a no-show, which is not eligible for a refund.
