Welcome to Eutours.it — operated by Eutours, a licensed tour operator based in Florence, Italy.
By booking a service or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. About Eutours

Eutours.it offers a variety of tourism services including entry tickets, hosted entrances, guided tours, and private tours for major attractions in Florence and Tuscany, such as:

  • Galleria dell’Accademia

  • Duomo Cathedral

  • Palazzo Pitti

  • Medici Chapel

  • Palazzo Vecchio

  • Palazzo Gucci
    and many other cultural landmarks.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through Eutours.it or through our authorized partners.

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email or voucher is issued.

  • Customers must present valid identification and booking confirmation at the meeting point.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes.

  • Eutours reserves the right to update prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

  • Payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway.

4. Participation and Responsibilities

  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point on time as stated in the voucher.

  • In case of late arrival or no-show, the booking will be considered canceled and no refund will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the details of their tour (date, time, location) prior to arrival.

5. Modifications and Availability

  • Some attractions may experience unexpected closures, schedule changes, or capacity limitations.

  • In the event that Eutours must modify a service, customers will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or full refund.

6. Liability

Eutours acts as a tour operator and intermediary between customers and service providers.
While every effort is made to ensure high-quality experiences, Eutours is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, attraction closures, or transportation delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and materials on Eutours.it are the exclusive property of Eutours and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.
